In his new position, Jen Kin will supervise the RCA facilities' alcohol and drug addiction medical treatment, including evaluations, patient consultations, and medication management. Jen Kin earned his bachelor's degree from UCLA, a mas- ter's degree in medical science from Boston University and his MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and graduated with his doctorate from Lin- coln Memorial University in Tennessee. Country Bank in Ware hired MATTHEW WILLIAMS as a vice president to its busi- ness banking team. Williams is enrolled in the American Banker's Associa- tion's small business certification program and received recognition for customer satisfaction from Citizens Bank, based in Providence, Rhode Island. Williams is a member of the board of directors for Care Central VNA and Hospice in Worcester and is an entrepreneur mentor and member of business network association AmSpirit Patriots chapter. MARIA HESKES- ALLARD was appointed senior vice president and commercial banking relationship manager at Fidelity Bank in Leominister. In this role, she will work on commercial banking, lending, and cash management sales to build relationships with business clients. Heskes-Allard previously worked at Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester as executive vice president and senior lender. Heskes-Allard earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Assumption University in Worcester. BARBARA MAHONEY has been elected chair of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce board of directors. As chair, she will work with other board members, chamber staff, and membership to help the chamber serve the region's business community. On top of the chamber role, Mahoney has been president and CEO of Leominster Credit Union since 2020.
