T
he University of New Haven's Pompea College of Business prepares graduates to excel
in a job market in which science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills, as
well as an aptitude for data analysis, are crucial to business success.
All Pompea College of Business undergraduate students create a business plan. Business
majors also manage consulting and capstone projects, participate in national field
competitions, conduct research with faculty and network with professionals in the field
through an immersive professional enrichment program. In 2023, more than 500 business
students participated in internships.

Many undergraduate students accelerate
their educational pursuits through our fast-
track program, completing their degree in
three years, or they pursue a dual degree,
earning a bachelor's degree and a master's
degree in only four years.
Our focus is on maximizing student
outcomes and our students' (and their
families') return on investment, leading
to 99% of the undergraduates and 97% of
the graduate students in our Class of 2023
being employed or in graduate school
within six months of graduating.
Recent alumni from our AACSB-
accredited programs have gone on to
roles with Marcum, Amazon, FactSet,
e Carlyle Group, Goldman Sachs,
New York Federal Reserve Bank, Boeing,
Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets and Detroit
Pistons, and they have also created their
own successful startup opportunities and
entrepreneurial ventures.
Whether a student's passion is
accounting, cyber risk management,
finance, marketing, management, the
business of sports, analytics, or hospitality,
our students gain the experience to
advance up the corporate ladder or make
decisions that impact the bottom line of
their own businesses.
