Orrington Investments East Orrington Industrial Park: e East Orrington Industrial Park, due to its proximity to the power grid, continues to attract energy related development investment. Additional lots are avail- able for lease or purchase. Eagle Point Business Park: e Eagle Point Business Park, 163 acres featuring 35 lots, offers significant industrial and commercial development potential. Clearing and road construction is nearing completion, utilities installation is scheduled, while the park is already attracting development interest.
