Receiving the 40 Under 40 award in 2003 was a pivotal moment, as it connected me with influential individuals actively engaged in our community. This exposure not only helped build momentum for our business but also provided reassurance that we were on the right path. Since then, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has remained deeply committed to community engagement, a cornerstone of our core values. We've expanded our offerings to include full-service property management and commercial construction, internally growing from 8 to 30 employees (five of which have been named WBJ 40 under 40 honorees). Our clients tell us they value the comprehensive solutions we provide, which simplify their decision-making process and strengthen their competitive edge by eliminating the need for multiple vendors, thus driving efficiency, and increasing profitability. In 2017, we joined NAI Global, the world's largest independent real estate brokerage organization, with over 325 offices and 5,800 professionals across 55 countries. This affiliation has empowered us to support our clients with their real estate needs anywhere in the world. We've remained dedicated to our local roots in Central MA and becoming industry leaders. At the same time, we've embraced the benefits of being part of an international organization, allowing us to provide our clients with top-notch resources and tools. I founded a boutique estate planning firm in Worcester with a focus on specialized services including high net worth estates and asset protection planning for individuals and businesses, as well as traditional estate and fiduciary services. The firm has expanded across the state with several satellite locations, and into New Hampshire where we can offer clients a menu of more nuanced asset protection and tax strategies. Through the challenges over the last two decades of economic volatility and social upheaval, we have painstakingly assembled a loyal team of smart and compassionate professionals who share our commitment to ethical, client-centered service. We're proud to stand with the ranks of the larger firms, but with the intimacy of a focused practice where the entire team is available to all clients.
