At 30, he stepped into his previous role as CFO of Worcester-based Open Sky Community Services, helping grow the nonprofit's reve- nue by more than 50% from $77 million in 2019 to $119 million in fiscal 2023. Now at Fallon, Consolmagno helps manage the system's annual revenue of $1.8 billion. His acuity in forecasting and financial modeling have proved vital as he manages the organization's business plan to construct a new PACE (program of all-inclusive care for the elderly) facility in Dartmouth, increasing access to health and wellness care for older adults. As a steering committee member, Consolmagno is leading Fallon's headquarters relocation within Worcester to the One Mercantile building, and with it, the relocation of hundreds of Fallon employees. Consolmagno has been treasurer and chair of the finance committee at Mechanics Hall in Worcester since 2023, collaborating with leadership to promote long-term financial stability. He volunteers at the city's St. Bernard's Church, his childhood parish, leading fundraisers, participating on the finance committee, coaching youth basketball, and supporting the church's food pan- try, run by his mom. - M.K.M. What superpower would you most like to have? Time travel. I'd love to relive my best moments, spend time with those who passed too soon, and of course, invest in the best stocks. What is the best book you've ever read? I am a huge fan of "Extreme Ownership" by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, which I have read several times. Starting off in 2009 as a general assignment reporter at what is today now Spectrum News 1 in Worcester, Randall worked her way up to co-anchor of "Good Morning Providence" for ABC6 News. Having covered breaking news from the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bomb- ings to the investigation and trial of the late New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez, Randall didn't want to leave video storytelling behind when she moved into her new career. Now at Fallon, she's brought all facets of corporate video capabilities in-house, including video production, on-camera hosting, and editing. Randall produced Fallon's first podcast, "Improving Your Health with Fallon's Richard Burke", which was made in partnership with Radio Worcester and ran for two years. Ran- dall plays a pivotal role in managing Fallon's Strike Out Hunger game, an annual initiative to raise awareness and funding for the fight against hunger culminating in $50,000 in donations to Worcester County Food Bank. A member of Fallon's Steering Committee, Randall has made key space planning decisions as the provider looks to move its headquarters and hundreds of employees to its new Worcester location at One Mercantile. - M.K.M. If you wrote a book of business advice, what would the title be? "Should this be an email?" As a communicator, I hear a lot about email fatigue today. And I think it might just be a bestseller.
