Address unmet needs by identifying and creating new programs and markets while expanding current services. Programs realized so far by this goal are e Bridge Center, College Navigator, and our Assistive Technology Van. 2. Generate sufficient revenue to fuel our mission by diversifying and strengthening income streams while practicing fiscal responsibility. 3. Be the recognized leader in disability services through increased visibility and brand awareness. We continue to demonstrate strong advocacy for the people we serve. 4. Promote a work environment of equity, diversity, and respect that attracts and enriches our workforce. We look forward to working with our staff, board members, clients, sponsors, and volunteers to realize these goals. FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES ESMA has two Signature Fundraising Events and several supporting fundraisers throughout the year. Move With Me is a month-long, all- inclusive opportunity for supporters to get creative with how they move to raise awareness and funds for the essential programs at Easterseals Massachusetts. We end the effort with a fun, in-person family-friendly event, the "Final Lap," where we celebrate our efforts. e Empowerment Celebration is a celebration, fundraiser, and award ceremony. Attendees learn about what we have done in the past year and meet some true champions of Easterseals. ere are sponsorship opportunities, a silent auction, and a fund-a-need. is celebration is held at a different location each year. ESMA is proud to partner with organizations and dedicated donors for fundraisers like soball, volleyball, and cornhole. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES We could not achieve our goals without the help of our amazing corporate and individual volunteers. We are grateful for the time our volunteers put into carrying out the ESMA Mission. We have a variety of opportunities to suit different interests and time commitments. Here are some of the ways that you can feel the power of giving back: State and Regional Boards of Directors: ESMA has a State and 4 Regional Boards in Boston, Bridgewater, Central, and Western Massachusetts. e boards are composed of individuals who want to make a greater impact on the disability community in their roles as Easterseals ambassadors. Special Event Volunteers: We welcome individuals and employee groups that want to help us implement our large events.
