Completion of a state-of-the-art facility for the Mercy Centre which will provide a modern and supportive environment for adults and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities, allowing us to better serve their needs and promote their well- being. 2. Adding twenty-five beds to our six-month men's recovery program at Crozier House, enabling us to help more men on their path to recovery. 3. Continued expansion in Northern and Southern Worcester County Home Care services, offering in-home support to a wider range of individuals who need assistance with daily living. 4. Targeted growth in our Parent Aide Program, increasing the number of families who benefit from this program's support and guidance. 5. Increase our volunteer base, allowing us to offer more services and a more enriching experience for all. 6. Enhance our name recognition through greater community outreach 7. Develop bilingual literature for greater awareness of our programs within the community, ensuring community members understand the resources we have available to them. 8. Continue to create efficiencies within our infrastructure to enhance our ability to provide services to more community members. Many of our volunteers are dedicated individuals who have been with us for years, forming strong bonds with the people they serve and their fellow volunteers. But being a volunteer at CCWC isn't just about giving back – it's about becoming part of a caring community that makes a real difference in the lives of others.
