I think everything could change." —Kevin Hancock Scan the code to learn more: TheBusinessofSharedLeadership.com MOTIVATING TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS PROGRAM The Motivating Transformational Leaders program (MTL) is for executives seeking to elevate corporate performance. Decades of Gallup workplace data have linked sustained corporate success to customer engagement and customer engagement to employee engagement. The MTL program links employee engagement to thriving leaders. Leaders must fi ll their own cup, and keep it full, in order to allow their teams to do the same. In this way, MTL is a "mirror up" experience in which leaders become the change they wish to see. If you are in search of engaged employees, clarity of voice, and peak organizational performance then this program is for you. 2024_0702_MeBiz_Release.indd 1 2024_0702_MeBiz_Release.indd 1 6/21/24 12:18 PM 6/21/24 12:18 PM Tyler Technologies Inc.'s new Orono site
