Greater Portland Landmarks hired Kate Lemos McHale as executive director. Lemos McHale was previously direc- tor of research at the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. The Frances Perkins Center in Newcastle hired Amanda Hatch as deputy director. Previ- ously, Hatch was chief program and impact officer at YWCA Central Maine. Dead River Co., a propane and heat- ing oil provider in South Portland, hired Sean Venden as vice presi- dent and general counsel. Venden most recently was senior director and corporate counsel for Covetrus. Atlantic Federal Credit Union in South Portland hired Ashlee Goodwin as branch manager in Sanford. Goodwin was previ- ously with Northeast Credit Union. The Maine Arts Commission in Augusta hired Amy Hausmann as executive director. Hausmann, who is currently director of Olana State Historic Site in Hudson, N.Y., will join the organi- zation in August. Smith was previously general manager of Dunbar Water, a division of the company. Franklin Savings Bank in Farmington pro- moted Mariah Labbe to consumer loan officer in Jay. Wright-Ryan Construction in Portland promoted Alan Sparn to president. Sparn was previously chief operating officer. PSL Services/STRIVE a nonprofit in South Portland promoted Peter Brown to execu- tive director, effective in July 2025 when Lori Sanville, the current executive direc- tor, retires.
