Saint Vincent Hospital has been under investigation by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health since January, after nurses complained of unsafe conditions for patients. Nashoba Valley Medical Center, one of 31 hospitals owned by Steward Health Care, is planning to be sold or auctioned, after its parent company filed for bankruptcy.
