In this role, Kelley will lead the day-to-day man- agement operations of retail, restaurant, and industrial properties. A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a bachelor's degree in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law, Kelley previously served as a realtor at New Jersey-based Coldwell Banker. TIMOTHY O'BRIEN has been named vice president of business development at Walker Development & Construction Management in Marlborough. O'Brien has 15 years of commercial real estate experience, having most recently been employed as a vice president at Cresa Denver, a global real estate advisory firm. O'Brien holds a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College in Wellesley. Two Fidelity Bank colleagues have completed the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School, a 10-day course held in Atlanta designed to support the future growth of industry professionals. IRENE RIVERA joined Fidelity Bank in 2023 as a digital marketing specialist and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Fitchburg State University. JOSEPH CANEDO joined Fidelity Bank in 2016 as a data analyst and was recently honored with the bank's 2024 back-office mission accomplished award. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. ROSEMARY PICARD has been elected to the Massachusetts Bankers Association Board of Directors at its annual meeting in May. Picard is the president and CEO of Savers Bank in Southbridge and previously served as the bank's chief operating officer and CFO. Picard holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from UMass Dartmouth.
