Kennebunk Savings hired William Saufley as executive vice president and chief risk officer. Previously, Saufley was general coun- sel at Residential Mortgage Services. Bar Harbor Bank & Trust hired Christopher Rugullies as senior vice president, regional relationship manager in Portland and David O'Connell as a senior vice president, director of operations in Rockland. Rugullies was previously senior vice president and commercial market manager at Camden National Bank while O'Connell was head of product development and strategic part- nerships at Concerto Card Co. Uprise Partners, a Portland-based infor- mation technology and cybersecurity solutions provider, hired Jason Romer as chief experience officer. Franklin Health Primary Care in Farmington hired Amanda Berube as a nurse practitio- ner. Most recently Berube was a float pool nurse at the Veterans Administration at Togus car- ing for acute and critical care patients. Augusta Downtown Alliance hired Jeremy Ashlock as executive director. United Insurance announced several new hires. In Portland, the firm hired Katie Piantoni as marketing and community engagement manager; Joshua Reali and Viviana Mendoza as commercial lines account managers; and Carly Freeman Thompson as employee benefits account manager. In Bangor, Holly Berry Carter was hired as commercial lines account manager and in Farmington Kerry-Rose McGlaughlin was hired as commercial lines account manager small business. Spinnaker Trust, a wealth management firm in Portland, hired Scott Stefanowicz as director of portfolio management and trading. The Alliance for Addiction and Mental Health Services, Maine, a statewide association based in Augusta dedicated to advanc- ing quality mental health and sub- stance use treatment, promoted Jennifer Christian to associate director. Hancock Lumber in Casco hired Mark Smith as general manager in Damariscotta, Paul Hamann as sawmill manager and Chris Baumgarten as Midwest sales manager. Keller Williams Realty in Maine hired several agents, including Joe Hausler and Erica Paulette of the Legacy Group, Kristen Bruni, Vanessa Segien, Ligaya Alkulana Atwood, Jesse Brooks, Sarah Oliveira, Emily Colson, Aleyah Mahoney and Miles Mixer.
