DeLucia has a background in commercial real estate and property management, including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, property and lease valuation and national brokerage operations. Prior to joining Sentry, she was a commercial broker associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty in Danbury. Contract furnishing and design firm John Watts Associates has hired Ken Baldwin as an architectural and design represen- tative. Baldwin is a Fashion Institute of Technology alum with a bach- elor's degree in interior design. He joined JWA with previous experience in interior design, business development and contract furniture sales. Jonathan M. Roy has joined the bank as vice president, controller. Roy brings over nine years of experience in financial statement auditing services to the bank, previ- ously serving as audit manager at Wolf and Company P.C. Scott Davis has been named vice president, commercial lender at Northwest Community Bank. Davis brings over 25 years of diverse expe- rience in commercial real estate, banking and lending services to the commer- cial team. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University, an MBA from the University of Illinois, and is a certi- fied Six Sigma Black Belt from the GE Corp. Ben Bronz Academy, a private special education school in West Hartford, has named Ana Maria Alvarez its chief financial officer and business manager. Before joining Ben Bronz, Alvarez was the director of finance and human resources at Intensive Education Academy in West Hartford. New Haven biotech company Arvinas Inc. has appointed Randy Teel to the newly created role of chief business officer. Teel currently serves as Arvinas' interim chief financial officer and treasurer, and in his new role, he will remain a member of the executive committee reporting to President and CEO John Houston. Teel will remain in his interim roles while the board of directors continues its search for a permanent CFO and treasurer, the company said. Teel has nearly 20 years of expe- rience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Jewett City Savings Bank has elected a new board chair and vice chair, and hired a new vice president and controller. Diane Manning has been elected as the bank's first-ever female board chair. She has been a corporator of the bank since 2004, and joined the board of directors in 2007. She has served as the president and CEO of United Services Inc., in Dayville, for over 20 years. Brian Andstrom has been elected vice chair. He has more than 45 years of experience as a real estate broker and developer in Connecticut.
