St. Cyr joined LCU in 1990 as a teller before transitioning to consumer lending in 1995. She was promoted to consumer lending in 2002. St. Cyr holds a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. BEN SHIPP has been promoted to assistant vice president branch manager. Shipp was hired in 2020 as branch manager in Leominster. Shipp has certificates for lean Six Sigma and agile leadership. GERRA HARRIGAN was named director of sales and strategy at JNP Coffee in Shrewsbury. Prior to joining JNP Coffee, Harrigan worked at Mighty Peace Coffee in Wisconsin, where she was green coffee director, after working as a trader with InterAmerican Coffee in New Jersey. She previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for New Harvest Coffee Roasters in Rhode Island. JOSEPH CUSSEN has been named principal of St. Bernard's High School, the 20th person to hold the title since the school's opening in 1957. Cussen is returning to his home state after working in Seattle. He graduated from Boston College High School and went on to achieve multiple advanced degrees including a master's degree in educational leadership from the University of Notre Dame; a master's degree in education in curriculum and instruction from the University of Massachusetts, and a master's degree of theological studies from Boston College.
