CEO Loren Goodridge, who is also a franchisee of 11 Aroma Joe's locations and a shareholder in the parent com- pany, will transition from the chief executive role, according to a news release. Goodridge plans to focus on his franchisee and share- holder duties, as well as working as a development agent for the business. He is also now a managing member of the company's board. Aroma Joe's does not plan to have a CEO at this time, the company said. Goodridge joined Aroma Joe's Franchising LLC in 2012 and became the first franchisee for the brand in 2013 before being appointed CEO in 2018. "Working with the founders of Aroma Joe's to build and expand this brand for the past 12 years — and reaching the amazing milestone of 100 locations in 2023 — has been an amazing accomplishment," said Goodridge. "The brand truly spreads positivity in every community, and I look forward to being a continued part of this growth." About Dave Tucci Tucci joined Aroma Joe's in January 2021 as the franchise development and operations director. In January 2022, he transitioned to the role of chief operating officer. Previously, he had been a development agent for Firehouse Subs in Rhode Island, Connecti- cut, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire and Maine. Tucci has also held leadership roles at various Maine companies, including Portland Pie Co., Shipyard Brewing Co., and the Rooms, a Portland restaurant group that consists of the Grill Room, Corner Room and the Front Room.
