National Grid's Multi-Unit Dwelling EV Ready-Site Plans support owners of multi-unit dwellings with 20 or more residential units in developing an EV- Ready Site Plan for the infrastructure, EV charging station equipment, and management practices required to provide EV charging to residents. Take advantage of useful resources that include proposed project sizing, cost estimates, evaluations of existing electrical infrastructure, operational and financial impacts of the installation, and discussion of EV Load Management Systems. ese plans work to simplify and streamline the EV charging station process. e growing adoption of electric vehicles is an exciting step towards a greener future.
