Most recently, Caldaroni served as CFO of ABLE Equipment Rentals Inc. of New York. Additionally, Mazzotta Rentals has appointed Chris Pera as COO. Pera recently oversaw the growth and transformation of ABLE Equipment Rentals Inc., positioning the organization for expansion by implementing systems and metrics that provided remarkable success to the company's operational performance. Furthermore, he founded the HiReach Group LLC, a startup aerial lift rental company acquired by Sunbelt Rentals just two years after formation, and he has held numerous key leadership roles in the equipment rental industry, including regional manager for Sunbelt Rentals, and president of Modern Equipment Sales & Rentals. "Chris and Tom bring strong financial and operational skills, key industry relationships, and a demonstrated successful strategic leadership approach, which will be vital as we continue to execute our existing growth plans throughout the Northeast and into the mid-Atlantic region," said Joseph J.
