Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP)
ACAP provides workforce development support through the federal
program, Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA). This legislation
is designed to help youth, adults and dislocated workers with barriers
to employment. Services include counseling, on-the-job training and
work-based learning. Assistance may be available for tuition, training
