What's one of the biggest professional challenges you've overcome? My greatest professional challenge was managing parenthood alongside entrepreneur- ship. I love my job, the company, and our employ- ees. I want to continue as CEO and harness all of the talent, energy and enthusiasm of our employees to grow the company two-fold by expanding our products and services into adjacent markets. What's one of the biggest professional challenges you've overcome? I'm shy by nature and suffered from a lack of confidence early in my career. Advocating for myself was not one of my strengths. Even today, my voice is still one of the quietest in the room. I listen more, absorb the information, and strategically insert my ideas. I also had the good fortune to work for people who offered support and encouragement, which helped me build confidence.
