The Presidential Leadership Schol- ars program is a partnership among the presidential centers of George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George Bush, and Lyndon Johnson. During the six-month program, Dixon will focus on how to leverage government resources and support to develop resource centers for grandpar- ents raising grandchildren across the country. Dixon has served at the Central Massachusetts Agency on Aging for five years, has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector in Central Massachu- setts, and brings more than a decade of experience working for local and state governments in Massachusetts and the federal government. Dixon earned a doctorate in community and public affairs from Binghamton University in New York, a master's degree in community develop- ment and planning from Clark University in Worcester, and a bachelor's degree in political science from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Consigli Construction in Milford hired JAMES KEHOE as director of advanced technology. In this new role, Kehoe will lead Consigli's growth and business development strategy in the advanced technology market companywide. Kehoe brings more than two decades of industry experience in construction, commissioning, and design of large- scale, state-of-the- art facilities and has delivered projects for notable clients in the semiconductor, microelectronics, and pharmaceutical industries. KIMBERLY SAMBUCHI has been promoted to first vice president and chief risk officer at MutualOne Bank in Framingham. Sambuchi joined MutualOne Bank in 2002 as a teller and has since held various positions with increased responsibilities, most recently as the first vice president and risk management officer. Sambuchi earned a bachelor's degree from Boston University and an MBA in administration from Framingham State University. She is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies in Boston, and she is a certified regulatory vendor program manager.
