Since then, she's helped make the law firm one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The firm ranked No. 2 in Hartford Business Journal's 2023 Best Places to Work competition in the large employer category. Among other things, the firm was recognized for its diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Tobin also led a key decision to keep Robinson+Cole in Hartford. She announced in 2022 the firm would be relocating from its current home at 280 Trumbull St., to the historic Hartford Steam Boiler building at One State St. The new site will be the sixth Hartford location in the law firm's 177-year history. Robinson+Cole has been making other moves. It opened an office in Washington, D.C., with an intellec- tual property team, and launched a new subsidiary to formalize its government relations group. The CT Government Relations Group of Robinson+Cole is led by lobbyists Susan Halpin and Brooks Campion. Tobin's practice focuses on the litigation, arbitration and mediation of complex disputes involving insur- ance and reinsurance coverage. She has been involved in high-pro- file coverage litigation, including cases arising out of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, sexual abuse claims involving the Catholic Church and academic institutions, and coverage issues stemming from the #MeToo movement and COVID-19 pandemic. She has been a member of Robin- son+Cole's managing committee since 2009, and co-chaired the firm's litigation section from 2007 to 2021. 38 Moy Ogilvie M oy Ogilvie is a leader inside and outside of her law firm. She is the Hartford office managing partner of McCarter & English, one of the largest law firms in Connecticut with about 42 attor- neys. She's also a member of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association's board of directors, giving her a key role in helping shape pro-business policies at the state Capitol. Ogilvie was named managing partner of McCarter & English's Hartford office in 2018, but held leadership roles before that. She was appointed the firm's diversity and inclusion partner in 2017, in charge of coordinating and over- seeing initiatives aimed at recruiting, promoting and retaining women and diverse lawyers.
