Having been established as a winning team that can drive successful projects, PMA and LPA|A were fortunate to support another important project for the Town of Shrewsbury – the $23 million Shrewsbury Public Library. is renovation, partial demolition, and addition to a historic structure wasn't without its challenges, which included a tight laydown area, several abutting properties, as well as the need to temporarily relocate library operations so construction could commence. In working together as a collaborative team, the Public Library Project completed $500,000 under budget and received a CMAA New England Project Achievement Award. As a seasoned and familiar team, PMA and LPA|A are now proud to support the ongoing $92.8 million Howard W. Beal Elementary School project in Shrewsbury. is new facility will serve nearly 800 students in grades K-4 when it is complete in 2021. e project is currently under construction and continues to move forward even with the challenges of COVID-19.
