staff, investing in developing
expertise and cultivating leadership
qualities rather than making new
hires. The firm recently promoted
Christina Bazelmans, Peter Caruso,
Jr., Christopher Lee, and Michael
Oldakowski to Associate Principals
and stockholders of the firm. Each
