Lamoureux Pagano Associates | Architects 3 W e are so excited to be celebrating LPA|A's 50th anniversary this year and pleased to be able to share a little of our story with you. As a Worcester-based architectural firm, our success is inextricably linked to the region where we have thrived. We have taken the opportunity presented by this milestone to reflect back on the people and events that have brought us to this point and reaffirm our core values as we look ahead. We hope you will enjoy the opportunity to see the changing landscapes of our community and meet some of the key players in our story. When Dick Lamoureux started his company at the start of 1970, he couldn't possibly have known the impact that decision would have and the legacy he would leave. And when Mike Pagano took an internship at the firm a few years later, he made a decision to determine the trajectory of his own career, but more importantly shape the work and direction of the firm, and by extension, communities across Central Massachusetts. I feel fortunate to have the legacy of Dick and Mike to build upon, and, along with the three other Principals who comprise our current leadership team, Rick Lamoureux Jr., Eric Moore, and Rob Para, Jr., we honor that legacy by adhering to the core values upon which the firm was founded. From the beginning, Dick believed in upholding the highest standards of design excellence, providing superior service to his clients, and always striving to make our community better. Those values have guided our firm ever since. The images on the following pages speak to the history and impact of our design work, and we have also highlighted a few of our community service endeavors, as well as selected clients and staff. This anniversary would simply not be possible without the contributions of staff members, colleagues, clients, and supporters. We look forward to continuing this legacy as we look ahead to the next 50 years.
