Lamoureux Pagano Associates | Architects 11 Celebrating 50 Years 1985 Staff Carpenters Training Center While the firm had increased its staff, the need for diversification in skills and expertise became apparent, as projects required a broadening variety of services and proficiencies. Rather than turning to exterior hires, the firm addressed these needs from within. Every employee who displayed talent and motivation to learn new skills and expand proficiencies was encouraged and supported, enabling LPA|A to accept more diverse projects, thus expanding its portfolio even further. n Community Involvement The firm's leadership encouraged volunteerism, which offered core benefits, including experience outside of the firm, greater leadership skills and increased confidence. Current president Katie Crockett credits her early volunteer experience in helping her build leadership skills that better prepared her to take on more management responsibilities at LPA|A, including her time on the board at Mechanics Hall and AIA Central Massachusetts.
