FACILITY FACELIFT
When Hardy became president in 1969, the Russell-Harrington physical plant was
overdue for an upgrade. Relatively unchanged since its construction in the late 1800s
when the Hamilton Woolen Mills occupied the building, the structure was outdated
and inadequate for the company's then-current needs.
