Janet Mills to the Maine Climate Council, an assembly of scientists, industry leaders, bipartisan local and state officials and engaged citizens charged with developing and imple- menting Maine's plan to address the impacts of climate change, build resiliency to climate effects, and meet state statutory targets to reduce car- bon emissions by 45% by 2030 and at least 80% by 2050. Bath Housing announced that Betsey Greene Glazier, who was appointed by the Bath City Council, and Phyllis Bailey joined the Bath Housing Authority board of commissioners. The Finance Authority of Maine in Augusta said that Jennifer Lanphear, education programs manager, was elected president of the National Association of State Student Grant & Aid Programs.
