Enterprise cares about their employees. Whether it's a birthday card
or a bonus we value our employee's contributions and celebrate their
hard work!
Enterprise retains its wonderful staff. Many of our employees have
been with us over 15 years and when your anniversary comes around
we reward you with a bonus!
Cleaning is hard work. If our staff works extra hours, we often buy
them lunch or dinner and they get to enjoy their meals with our
management staff.
We promote from within. We try to find out what goals our employees
have. If they demonstrate hard work and dedication and want to be
trained to become a supervisor, manager, or member of our van crew,
we show them the pathway to get there.
Family is important. If our cleaners have family members that would
like to be part of the Enterprise team, we encourage them to bring
family members in for an interview. Employees will receive training
videos on our custom app as well as on sight training.
