WBJ hires cannabis reporter as staff writer to cover real estate, manufacturing Eric Casey, a Worcester-based reporter who most recently founded the publication Burn Aer Reading to cover the cannabis industry, has been hired as the newest staff writer at WBJ. At WBJ, Casey will primarily cover real estate and manufacturing, which includes cannabis and brew- eries. His first day was Oct. 23, and he has already reported on several important business news develop- ments in Central Massachusetts, including a marijuana firm pulling out of its Graon project and Tree House Brewing's planned expansion into New York. Casey is taking over the real estate beat from Timothy Doyle, who on Nov. 13 will move into an account manager role in the WBJ Sales Department. W
