Bloomfield nonprofit Operation Fuel, which helps lower-income resi- dents with their energy bills, recently elected four new board members. They are Mark Adiletta, senior vice president, commercial equipment finance division at M&T Bank; Nancy Alderman, president of Environment and Human Health Inc.; Manoj Doshi, vice president of enterprise technology at New York Life; and Jeff Leichtman, managing director of Global Infrastructure Strategies. Law firm Murtha Cullina has hired Daniel J. Krisch as head of its appellate practice, and a partner in its litigation group in Hartford. Krisch has two decades of experi- ence resolving complex legal issues for a wide range of corporate, institutional and individual clients. He has argued more than 120 appeals, including matters related to multimillion-dollar tort verdicts, commercial and contract liti- gation, complex divorce cases, zoning and land use matters, and more. The Community Health & Well- ness Center in Torrington has named Kieu Stephens chief financial officer, and Chris Martinez information technology director. Stephens comes from an extensive healthcare background in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors as well as data analytics, experience with startup operations, and over 10 years in the finance-healthcare space. Martinez has held significant roles as an information technology engineer, inde- pendent IT consultant, and IT director. Law firm Brown Paindiris & Scott LLP recently announced several new hires and promotions. Attorneys Bailey M. Frankel and Caitlin E. Zarella have been hired as associates. Frankel's practice areas include civil litigation, transac- tional and business law. Zarella joined the firm's family law department. Cody Guarnieri has been elevated to capital partner and George Baker, previously of counsel, has been named a firm partner. Guarnieri's practice areas include criminal defense, personal injury, general and business litigation, and defending profes- sional and occupa- tional licensing for individuals and businesses. Baker's practice areas include estate planning, elder law, and probate and trust administration. Mark Paul Krauss has been named assistant vice president and branch manager of Litchfield Bancorp — a division of Northwest Community Bank in Litchfield. Krauss began his banking career about 15 years ago with financial institutions in New York. Krauss is new to the Litchfield area, but has family members living nearby in Connecticut. The New England Air Museum has elected Carroll K. Lane to its board of directors. Lane is the senior vice president of Kaman Corp., where he serves as interim chief financial officer and leader of the company's engi- neered and precision products segments. Before joining Kaman, Lane served as president of commercial engines at Pratt & Whitney, where he led the development, program management, and aftermarket oper- ations for the company's portfolio of large commercial engines. FOX61 and CW20 announced that Ray Lamoureux has been named director of marketing at TEGNA's television stations in Hartford. Lamoureux will lead brand and marketing initiatives across the two stations' television, digital, social and streaming initiatives. Lamoureux joins FOX61 and CW20 from Travelers Cos., where he was senior director of marketing strategy and planning and led marketing for Travelers' busi- ness insurance portfolio. Previ- ously, Lamoureux led sales and marketing for Westfarms regional shopping mall. Law firm Wiggin and Dana has elected two partners, Heather D. Rahilly and Kevin M. Smith, to its executive committee. Rahilly is a partner in the firm's corporate group and co-chair of its private equity prac- tice group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and financing. Smith focuses on complex civil litigation, principally in the areas of business disputes, product liability and avia- tion, and chairs the firm's product liability defense practice group. Cody N.
