O'Reilly was previously with Bangor Savings Bank. East Brown Cow, a real estate investment, development and management firm in Portland, hired Michael Hutchins as proj- ect architect. Machias Savings Bank hired Ben Jordan as COO and Julie Cote as senior vice presi- dent, cash management relationship manager. Jordan was previously chief information officer at Synergent while Cote was vice president senior corporate services officer at Bangor Savings Bank. VETRO, a Portland-based provider of a user-friendly cloud-native fiber manage- ment system, hired Pete Pizzutillo as head of international and partner development. Pizzutillo was vice president of marketing at ETI Software and founded and hosts e Broadband Bunch podcast. Camden National Bank hired Matthew Witten as senior vice president, direc- tor of information security. Witten was most recently chief information security officer for Martin's Point Health Care. Norway Savings Bank hired Andrew Goodwin as senior vice presi- dent and chief infor- mation officer. Malone Commercial Brokers in Portland hired Alexia Fornaro as operations assistant/receptionist. Piper Shores, a nonprofit lifecare retire- ment community in Scarborough, hired Marc Gregoire as director of plant operations, maintenance and security and Peter Sullivan as chief nursing officer. Northern Light Mercy Hospital in Portland hired Aloysius Rho, Andrew Hsu and Sarah Southard as specialists at Northern Light Mercy Gastroenterology in Portland. The Maine Department of Health and Human Services in Augusta hired Hilary Schneider as director of the Office of the Health Insurance Marketplace. Schneider was government relations director for Maine and supervisor of a team that covers three other New England states with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. Constant, a SaaS company in Portland specializing in consumer loan servic- ing, loss mitigation automation and member self-service for credit unions, hired Dayna Kazilionis as chief of staff and Brandon Guerrero as national sales executive. Kazilionis previously led sales operations and enterprise client success teams at ACA Global while Guerrero was business development executive at CuneXus/TruStage. Sargent Corp., an employee-owned contractor in Orono, hired Claire Ryder as human resources manager. Ryder was previ- ously with Northern Light Health. Sebago Technics, an employee-owned engineering firm in South Portland, hired Jacob Bartlett as regional man- ager of its Sanford/ York County office.
