In his new role, Breitrick will focus on providing financial services to busi- nesses with annual revenues ranging from $3 million to $50 million. Breitrick arrives at KeyBank from M&T Bank, where he was a business relationship manager since 2019. Glastonbury-based Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina LLP promoted CPAs Lisa White, Vinny Fanelli and Allison Seidensticker to director roles. Seidensticker is director, tax services, and she first joined FML in 2011, and rejoined the firm in 2016 after a role at United Technologies Corp. She specializes in complex tax issues. Fanelli, director, tax services, joined FML in 2013 and focuses on engage- ments for federal and state income tax compliance and planning. White, director, tax and advisory services, joined FML in 2022, following roles at national and regional firms. She focuses on close- ly-held, multistate businesses. Perosphere Technologies Inc., a Danbury-based private medical tech- nologies company, has named Steve Ward its executive vice president and chief financial officer. Ward most recently was the CFO of Viscogliosi Brothers LLC and Viscogliosi Brothers Acquisition Corp. Prior to this, he served as the CFO of Paradigm Spine and held the dual roles of CFO and chief operating officer at Small Bone Innovations. The Hartford Inter- national University for Religion and Peace (formerly Hartford Seminary) recently announced two promotions. Lorraine Ryan, formerly chief of staff, is the new vice president of operations. She will serve as the university's key personnel manager, working closely with the president and other senior leaders to ensure operational effi- ciency and effectiveness. Acting Academic Dean Deena Grant has been promoted to dean and vice president of academic affairs. After the president, Grant is the most senior academic administrator at the university. Bloomfield nonprofit Auerfarm's Education Coordinator Jonni Marshall was recently promoted to director of education, overseeing the educational programs and partner- ships engaged with the farm. Since joining Auerfarm in 2019, Marshall served as education coor- dinator where she piloted a multitude of programs, including a before- and after-school enrichment program for preschool and elementary students, and a six-week summer day camp. CPA firm UHY announced that Roanna Campbell has been promoted to principal. Campbell is a licensed CPA in Connecticut with over 10 years of experience providing accounting and tax services to public and private entities. She primarily works with closely held businesses, owners and families. He will be taking over the role from Allan Kleban as part of a leadership transition. Koloski's previous experience includes senior leadership positions with Shawmut Design and Construction, BOND, Site Specific, and RDK Engineers (now NV5). At KBE, he will focus on acquisition of new work, building on existing client relationships, and estab- lishing new connections. Aaron Bohigian has been named vice president, commercial lender at Northwest Community Bank. Bohigian brings 16 years of banking and finan- cial services experience to the commercial team.
