Down East magazine in Rockport promoted Will Grunewald to editor in chief and Sarah Stebbins to deputy editor. Grunewald most recently served as senior editor, managing the magazine's North by East and Food & Drink sections and writing features while Stebbins was editor in chief of Maine Homes by Down East and home editor at Down East.
