Griffiths was also named successor to CEO Greg Dufour, who plans to retire at year's end. On Jan. 1, 2024, Griffiths will become president and CEO and also serve on the board of directors. He most recently served as executive vice president and head of core bank- ing at Citizens Bank. Good Shepherd Food Bank in Auburn hired Heather Thompson Paquette as president. Paquette most recently served as vice president, retail innovation center of excellence, with Retail Business Services, a ser- vices company for Ahold Delhaize USA brands. The Bangor Symphony Orchestra hired Renia Shterenberg as executive director. Shterenberg was general manager of the Britt Festival Orchestra in Jacksonville, Ore. Northern Light Cardiology in Bangor hired Malachy Sullivan. Sullivan is board certified in inter- nal medicine and cardiovascular disease with the American Board of Internal Medicine and board eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology. James W. Sewall Co., a Bangor-based engineering firm, hired Christen Wilber as vice president of geospatial services. Wilber was previ- ously a consultant with Attar Engineering's survey group. Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington hired Andrew Crapser as an orthopedic surgeon provid- ing patient care at Franklin Health Orthopedics and orthopedic surgery at the hospital. Crapser was most recently at St. Lawrence Health in New York. The Maine Renewable Energy Association, an Augusta nonprofit association for renewable energy producers, suppli- ers of goods and services to those producers and other supporters of the renewable energy industry, hired Eliza Donoghue as exec- utive director. Donoghue was previ- ously director of advocacy and staff attorney for the Maine Audubon, and the forests and wildlife policy advocate and 0utreach coordinator for the Natural Resources Council of Maine. Allen Insurance and Financial in Camden hired Nichole Kindelan as a producer in busi- ness insurance. Maine State Credit Union in Augusta hired Nicole Hotchkin as vice president of mortgage lend- ing. Previously, Hotchkin was vice president/senior retail loan officer at Camden National Bank in Belfast.
