We've living our values through: Workforce Development Launch of Clean Energy Academy Pilots: Career development and employment opportunity programs focused on residents from historically underrepresented and marginalized communities. Underpinned by scholarships and other support, our programs are tailored to training for work-ready adults, apprenticeships and mentoring for high school and college-age students, and STEM-based training and classes for middle schoolers. Collaboration with secondary education partners: we've been collaborating with our secondary education partners to implement internships for high school students. We are also providing career pathway workshops in partnership with Franklin Cummings Tech and Dearborn STEM Academy to inspire and encourage students to consider the energy sector as a career option. Economic Opportunity & Growth Commitment to increase diversity spend: establishing a goal to increase our diversity spend by at least 5% year- over-year. Grid for Good program: establishing partnerships with diverse business chambers to help build capacity of minority-owned businesses, including providing mentorship to businesses aligned with our industry, and supporting convening of minority- owned businesses across sectors to make connections.
