The alliance is a statewide, nonprofit trade association representing more than 180 home care members. Salmon holds a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Northeastern University in Boston and has been CEO at SALMON Health since 2013. JONAH GLICKMAN joined Worcester's NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs as a vice president. Glickman brings four years of banking experience, most recently as a commercial credit analyst at Worcester's Cornerstone Bank, where he analyzed new and existing commercial lending relationships, primarily consisting of commercial real estate transactions. Rollstone Bank & Trust in Fitchburg has promoted SANDRA BASLER to senior vice president and treasurer, as well as ERIC WELLS to bank investment manager. Basler has been with the bank for more than 45 years and is now the top financial officer for the institution. Wells, a graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, was most recently a financial analyst at Rollstone, a role he took on after participating in the bank's internship program. JAMES VANDER HOOVEN has been elected chair of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce's board of directors. Vander Hooven is president of Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. Vander Hooven earned bachelor's degree in English from The Ohio State University and his master's degree in American Studies from the University of Wyoming. He holds a doctorate in higher education leadership from the University of Maine. NEADS World Class Service Dogs in Princeton has named KARA MILOTTE as its new manager of client services. Milotte, a social worker, will be responsible for matching dogs with clients in need of service animals. She was previously a psychiatric social worker at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. Milotte earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Brown University in Providence, an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, and her master of social work from Boston College. Central One Federal Credit Union in Shrewsbury has promoted VANEETHA KANNAN to Northborough branch manager. Kannan joined Central One as a member support agent in 2008 and has climbed the ranks to this new role. ANDRI JASHARI, formerly assistant branch manager in Auburn, has become the branch's manager. IZZY CRUZ has joined bankHometown in Oxford as assistant vice president, branch officer for its Grove Street branch in Worcester. Cruz was most recently market manager at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank in Auburn and has been in the banking and finance industry for nearly 20 years, including stints at People's United Bank, KeyBank, and Bank of America. He holds a degree in banking from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner has named ANA GAILLAT senior vice president of academic affairs. Gaillat was previously dean of academic affairs at Vermont Technical College in Randolph Center, Vermont. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and holds a doctorate in chemistry from UMass Amherst. She earned a master's degree in higher education administration from Suffolk University in Boston. SHAWN NEVILLE, chief operating officer at SALMON Health and Retirement in Milford, has become a fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators. Neville began his healthcare career as a certified nursing assistant 25 years ago and joined SALMON Health in 2017. He earned his bachelor's degree from Worcester State University in Worcester as well as an MBA from Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg. Workers Credit Union in Littleton has promoted KENDRA UUSITALO to senior vice president of commercial and small business lending. Uusitalo will engage new companies for partnership with the bank in this role, as well as grow existing relationships. She was previously vice president of commercial lending at Workers Credit Union. Uusitalo holds a degree from Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner.
