Address unmet needs through the identification and creation of new programs and markets while expanding current services. Programs realized so far by this goal are e Bridge Center, College Navigator, MassVeteran.com, and our AT Van. 2. Generate sufficient revenue to fuel our mission by diversifying and strengthening income streams while practicing fiscal responsibility. 3. Be the recognized leader in disability services through increased visibility and brand awareness. We continue to demonstrate strong advocacy for the people we serve. 4. Promote a work environment of equity, diversity, and respect that attracts and enriches our workforce. We look forward to working with our staff, board members, clients, sponsors, and volunteers to achieve these goals. FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES ESMA has two Signature Fundraising Events and several supporting fundraisers throughout the year. • Move With Me is a month-long, all- inclusive opportunity for supporters to get creative with how they move to raise awareness and funds for essential programs. We end the effort with a fun, in-person family-friendly event, the "Final Lap," where we celebrate our efforts. • e Empowerment Celebration is a celebration, fundraiser, and award ceremony. Attendees learn about what we have done in the past year and get to meet some true champions of Easterseals. ere are sponsorship opportunities, a silent auction, and a fund-a-need. is celebration is held at a different location each year. • ESMA is proud to partner with organizations and dedicated donors for fundraisers like soball, volleyball, and cornhole. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES ESMA relies on the generosity of our donors and corporate partners to maintain our critical programs. Here are some of the ways that you or your business can be a part of ensuring that our clients have equal opportunities to live, learn, work, and play: • Month of Giving: November is the time to give and to give thanks. is month-long campaign features client impact stories to highlight the successes of our important programs. • Empowerment Teams: Focus your giving on one of our four Empowerment Teams: Live, Learn, Work, or Play, and become a sustaining Empowerment Team Member for as little as $10 a month. • Mission Partnerships: Target your philanthropic efforts with an individually designed Mission Partnership. is investment includes a year-long sponsorship acknowledgment, tickets to events, employee engagements, and fulfillment reports. • Matching Corporate Gis: Double your investment and impact by checking to see if your business provides matching gis. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES We could not achieve our goals without the help of our amazing corporate and individual volunteers. We are grateful for the time and effort our volunteers put into carrying out the ESMA Mission. We have a variety of opportunities to suit different interests and time commitments. Here are some of the ways that you can feel the power of giving back: • State and Regional Boards of Directors: ESMA has a State and 4 Regional Boards in Boston, Bridgewater, Central, and Western. e boards are comprised of individuals who want to make a greater impact on the disability community in their roles as Easterseals ambassadors. • Special Event Volunteers: We welcome individuals and employee groups that want to help us implement our large events. • Programs and Projects: Volunteers are needed for a variety of programs, including youth and Veteran, e Bridge Center TeamWork Days, and miscellaneous projects based on skills.
