Strategic Growth: Position ourselves for sustainability through strategic and succession planning. Developing marketing, fundraising, and business expansion skills to provide a strong economic base for fulfilling the Agency's vision. Successfully raise $2.6 million over the next five years with the Hope Grows Here Capital Campaign, while expanding and modernizing day programs for individuals with disabilities, increasing residential housing, and gaining capital for a business innovation fund. 2. Talent Investment: Expanding our workforce by recruiting and retaining individuals with special talents; continuing education and training for our current workforce. 3. Organizational Readiness: Upgrading our mission to address the emerging needs of the Human Service Landscape. Continuing to strengthen our reputation for being an agency that is renowned for its ability to provide the highest possible quality services and the most satisfied participants, using the newest and most innovative service models. 4. Advocacy: Educating and engaging the community and our legislators in support of addressing fundamental human needs. Work with other agencies or trade organizations to collaborate resources to create an economy of scale, providing more efficient, effective, and sustainable programs and services. 5. Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Strengthening the agency's EDIB committee by promoting all aspects of the EDIB both within and outside of the agency. We are constantly focused on providing excellent services and meeting the needs of everyone we serve so they can achieve their greatest level of independence.
