46 Giving Guide 2023 Worcester Business Journal www.wbjournal.com FUTURE GOALS 1. Diversity: Continue to grow and institutionalize the School's commitment to increased diversity among volunteers, enrollees, faculty, board members, and staff. 2. Access & Inclusion: Welcome more students of low income and those traditionally excluded using financial aid, off-site programs, and technology as pipelines into long-term student engagement. 3. Excellence in Programming and Service: Create new or refreshed approaches for fostering excellence in all aspects of our work and output. A 'new' used Steinway B performance piano is now in place, thanks to generous gis, for the benefit of students of every age and background. 4. Financial sustainability: Continue to operate as a financially responsible and sustainable not-for-profit organization through program and enrollment growth, board giving, donor cultivation, and grants. FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES e 40th Anniversary Campaign offers opportunities for one-time gis of $500 and up to support growth in capacity and excellence.
