Expand access to equitable health care by establishing our flagship health center at 19 Tacoma Street and our newest satellite site at 605 Lincoln Street in Worcester as a primary care hub for Central Massachusetts; 2. Grow access in MetroWest and Greater Milford by adding more primary care exam rooms to our health centers at 354 Waverly Road in Framingham and relocating our Milford site to 41 Cape Road; 3. Promote an inclusive culture that attracts, retains, and empowers employees; 4. Maintain a strong financial position that allows us to make strategic investments in our team, our mission, and our communities; 5. Become the health care home and provider of choice for all our patients; 6. Achieve excellence in medical outcomes with our patients as partners; 7. Remain at the forefront of innovative health care practices; 8. Serve as a clinical arm for community-based health. FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES Kennedy Community Health has three major events: 1. Our annual Walk and 5K Run is being held this year at Polar Park on August 12th. e event is family- focused and introduces participants to a healthy activity at this beautiful WooSox stadium. 2. In 2023, we hosted a Hero Costume Party at the Jean McDonough Arts Center in partnership with Queer the Scene, LLC. is event celebrated our health care heroes and featured local comedians and drag performers. We will host a themed Costume Party event annually to help connect the Health Center with the communities we serve. 3. Our first Arts Show will be held during Hispanic Heritage Month in partnership with Casita Cultura Latina at our 605 Lincoln Street site and feature the work of local artists. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Kennedy Community Health welcomes donations of any kind year-round. Donations can be made via our website, Facebook page and our GiveLively page at https://secure. givelively.org/donate/KennedyCHC We also host an annual Giving Tuesday event and quarterly giving campaigns to fulfill specific needs within our organization. We welcome the opportunity to work with local businesses and individuals to develop individualized giving plans to meet specific needs and objectives, whether it be focused on event sponsors or other opportunities. We maximize every donation we receive and stretch every dollar. In-kind donations are also always welcome. In this new challenging environment, masks and other personal protective equipment for our staff are appreciated. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Kennedy Community Health has volunteer opportunities within our administrative areas, as well as with our event programs. Volunteers are provided experiences that are both rewarding and that assist our organization achieve our mission.
