Tom Watson
For more than 30 years, our team at Port Property has been working
to make home happen here in southern Maine. I started the property
management company out of the back of my pickup truck in 1993 and,
since then, we have never ceased growing, rising to challenges and
serving our residents.
As we seek to unlock the unique potential in each of our properties,
our commitment to quality has led to our team expanding beyond
management to renovation, development, and construction. We see
how a vacant lot can hold a lot of promise and that a neglected rental
can become part of a thriving community. Whether we're starting with
a ground-up development or working with a historic building, we create
spaces that foster connection and engagement.
