Meagher The Lee Company will become a third-generation, family-owned business later this year with the appointment of a new CEO, who is the granddaughter of the company's founder. The Westbrook-based manufacturer of miniature precision fluid control products, announced that Marietta S. Lee will become president and CEO on July 10. She'll take over for her uncle William "Bill" W. Lee, who will retire as presi- dent and CEO but remain chairman of the company's board of directors. Marietta Lee will be The Lee Company's first female president and CEO, the company said. She first joined the manufacturer in 2001, and has served in roles such as assistant facilities manager, facilities manager, executive vice president and chief operating officer. Farmington-based Connecticut Wealth Management LLC has named Charles (Chip) Olson a partner. Olson, a certified financial planner, brings over 35 years of experience in financial planning and investment management strategies, in addition to working with trusts and estates. Previously, he was a senior wealth advisor at Wilmington Trust, a subsid- iary of M&T Bank, where he focused on business development and wealth preserva- tion strategies. He holds an MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics and sociology from Hobart College. Winsted-based Northwest Community Bank recently announced a number of promotions and new appointments. Gregori P. Tonon was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer. Tonon joined the bank in January 2014 as a vice president and commercial loan officer. In 2021, he was promoted to senior vice president, and in 2022 to commercial team leader. Paul McLaughlin Jr. was elected president of the Northwest Commu- nity Bank Foundation, the bank's charitable foundation. He takes on that role in addition to his executive positions at the bank. McLaughlin is executive vice president and chief retail banking officer of North- west Community Bank. James Rusiecki Jr. has been promoted to executive vice presi- dent and chief oper- ating officer. Rusiecki joined the bank in June 2018 as senior vice president and director of treasury management services, following 24 years of senior- level positions at other institutions. The Connecticut Health Founda- tion in Hartford has made two new hires: Kevin Collins as director of grantmaking, and Tonia Douglas as the foundation's new program officer. Collins comes to the foundation from Health Equity Solutions, where he served as director of training and outreach, leading the organiza- tion's educational and training programs, and overseeing commu- nity engagement and outreach. He previously served as director of the ALANA Multicultural Center at Vassar College, assistant director of the Center for College Student Success at the University of Chicago, coordinator of the Office of Multicultural Student Success at DePaul University, and coordinator of multicultural services at Sam Houston State University. Douglas comes to the foundation from Hartford HealthCare, where she served as quality performance improvement coordinator. She previously served as patient relations coordinator at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, and as a caseworker and constituent liaison for the office of U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, and taught a course on cultural diversity at Western Connecticut State Univer- sity. Bloomfield nonprofit Operation Fuel has named Gannon Long its chief program officer. In this new position, Long will manage Operation Fuel's utility assistance and clean energy programs. Her responsibilities include working closely with Operation Fuel's management team to drive strategy and innovation for providing year- round energy and utility assistance and promoting energy indepen- dence for moderate and low-income Connecticut households. She joined Operation Fuel in May 2020 as the organization's first policy and public affairs director.
