Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments. In 2015, we began reshoring our products from China. We invested upwards of $3 million in laser cutters, a nitrogen generation system and a new quality-inspection area. It took years to streamline the process and we made every mistake in the book, but reshoring created 10 new jobs and now 90% of our products are made and assembled in our Cromwell facility. What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success? In our family, we celebrate everyone and everything and it's something we've brought into our business. We do company events several times a year, including cookouts, companywide contests and celebrating random holidays like Strawberry Shortcake Day. Everyone that works for Carey is important and appreciated and we want to make sure they know that.
