Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington hired Ian Dickey as an orthopedic surgeon providing patient care at Franklin Health Orthopedics and orthopedic surgery at the hos- pital. Dickey was most recently an orthopedic surgeon at Anschutz Medical Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs at Eastern Colorado Health Care. Maine Seacoast Mission in Northeast Harbor hired Simone Babineaux as the Sunbeam nurse to provide care on Maine's outer islands and help con- nect island residents with doctors and specialists.
