When cleaners complete a job, the customer receives a report via email that details the services provided. "e app has opened new doors for the company and for the customer," said Buchalter. "For instance, if a medical company is audited, with the push of a button, they can produce cleaning reports that our app generated." Additionally, the app has enabled Enterprise to step up its game when it comes to service. If a client expresses a concern, a member of management goes directly to the account to address the issue. e manager may take photos and upload them to the app, making the cleaner aware of the work that needs to be done. Once the work is completed, the cleaner takes photos to show that the service has been completed and emails them to the client.
