Allen Insurance and Financial in Camden hired Sam Grinnell as an account manager in the company's business insurance division. Colby College in Waterville hired Jeremy Barron as director of its Halloran Lab for Entrepreneurship and Craig Loftus as chief information officer. Barron was entrepreneur-in-residence at Dirigo Labs while Loftus was chief information offi- cer at the University of New England. Vitalius Real Estate Group in Portland hired Nancy Carleton, Poe Cilley and Tyson Soule as brokers. Rizzo Mattson Realtors in Augusta hired Matthew Burnham as a sales agent. Rinck Advertising in Lewiston hired Janelle LoSciuto as a public relations manager. LoSciuto most recently was founder and owner of VIBRANT Communication Strategies in Westbrook. Secretary of State Shenna Bellows announced Lelia De Andrade has been hired as deputy secretary of state for equity and inclusion. De Andrade was vice president of community impact at Maine Community Foundation.
