In her role, which began Sept. 13, Goyette-Connerty manages and supports several of the company's client accounts while contributing to Vision's own marketing projects and public relations projects. She is responsible for email marketing campaigns, blog writing, search engine optimization, copywriting, social media content creation and management, and other marketing tactics. Before joining Vision, Goyette-Connerty was director of communications at the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and a producer at Spectrum News 1 in Worcester. She received a bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University and is a member of Young Professional Women's Association of Worcester. MELISSA FRECKER is now senior com- mercial underwriter at Hospitality Insurance Group in Southborough. Frecker, who has more than 10 years of experience in insur- ance, will be responsible for commercial lines underwriting activities, agency rela- tionship management, and product pricing. She began her career at Quaker Special Risk in Worcester before joining Cantiani In- surance in Worcester as commercial lines operation manager. She worked at Concord Group Insurance in New Hampshire as a commercial lines underwriter and is a former member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women and BNI in Southborough. Frecker is working toward associates degrees in commercial underwriting and chartered property casualty underwriter designations and has an associates degree in insurance. JENNIFER HUBERT has been hired as vice president, marketing at Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester. Hubert joins the bank from the Massa- chusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, where she was deputy director of communications.
