Catholic Charities Maine hired Danielle Rodriguez as state refugee health coor- dinator in its Office of Maine Refugee Services. Rodriguez has 10 years of experience working in refugee health, including her work in active labor deliv- ery monitoring and maternal health in Eastleigh and Nairobi, Kenya. The Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce hired Hailey Howard as executive director. Howard was previ- ously with the state of Maine in the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Goodwill Northern New England in Gorham promoted Fran Brown to interim sales director, southern region; Debra Reynolds to residential program manager; Tammy Ames to Maine Mall store manager; and Kim Bucciantini to Portland LifeWorks manager. Sea Bags, a Portland retailer that makes its totes and accessories out of recycled sails, promoted Tara Knupp to vice president, merchandising and product development and Sean Powers to director of operations. The city of Bangor promoted Anne Krieg to director of development. Krieg previ- ously served the city as planning officer. Murray Plumb & Murray, a law firm in Portland, promoted Michael Traister to managing director and Lauren Weliver to partner. Traister, a partner, serves as chair of the firm's construction group and co-chair of its litigation and trial practice group.
