Rattigan and Evan J. Seeman. Daniels advises financial institutions and global corporations on litigation and dispute resolution as a member of the business litigation group. DePeau, a member the firm's business litigation group and bankruptcy and reorganizations group, focuses his practice on business litiga- tion, bankruptcy and dispute resolution. Marin is a member of the firm's busi- ness litigation group, and focuses on business litigation, including pre-litiga- tion counseling and dispute resolution. Rattigan is a member of the firm's business litigation group and data privacy and cybersecurity team, where she assists clients in complying with state and federal regulations related to data privacy and cybersecurity. Seeman is a member of the firm's real estate and development group. He concentrates on land use and zoning, real property litigation, and municipal law. Comcast recently announced it has promoted Amy Lynch to president of Comcast Cable's northeast division. Lynch will be responsible for all Comcast Cable operations in 14 northeastern states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia, serving approximately 8 million customers. Lynch will succeed Kevin Casey, who announced his retirement in October 2022. Lynch has more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology, including 18 years at Comcast Cable. Bruce Mandell, president of Data-Mail Inc. and chairman and majority owner of Hartford Athletic, has been elected board chair of Vital Strategies, a global public health organization. Mandell steps into the role following the tenure of Louis James de Viel Castel, managing director, Quilvest, and Vital Strategies' first board chair. Digital healthcare technology company PRIA Healthcare, based in Torrington, has named Jeffrey Sirek as its new CEO. Most recently, Sirek served as chief commercialization officer of iCad, where he oversaw the company's commercialization efforts of an AI technology and radiation therapy product. Sirek grew up in St. Paul, Minne- sota, graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor's degree in finance. He resides in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Career training school Porter and Chester has named Bobby Reese Jr. as its new chief operating officer. Reese has more than 15 years of experience in private education, most recently in the posi- tion of chief operating officer for Post University in Waterbury. Glastonbury design firm SLAM has promoted Rick Herzer to managing principal of design and director of sustainability, and Robert Zygmunt to principal and shareholder. Herzer, a resident of Glastonbury, has been with the firm for over 35 years and oversees the coordination of all design issues between the client and design team. Zygmunt, a resident of Glaston- bury, joined SLAM in 2007 and serves as the lead structural engi- neer for many of SLAM's complex university projects. Shelton-based Saisystems International Inc. has named David Lane as vice president, customer success for its health and digital divisions. Lane joined Saisystems in 2019 after many years holding leadership positions in physician practices and healthcare systems and has led the health division through a period of growth.
