Certifica- tion, and the fact that Mascoma's manage- ment team is rethinking what it means to be a community bank in the 21st century. Q: What are you passionate about personally and/or professionally? Finding ways in which business can be used to better address the societal and environmental challenges we face. The vast majority of community banks do not have the in-house tax credit expertise and experience that we do. Q: Who is your ideal client? Experienced and sophisticated real estate developers with an interest in accessing federal and state tax credit programs to help complete or subsidize their respective project capital stacks. Q: When you aren't working, how do you like to spend your time? Spending time with my daughter, running, and hiking.
